Exchanges and returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that orders returned after 14 days are not valid returns.
We offer free returns within Norway and free exchange worldwide on all full-price purchases. For return worldwide, a shipping fee of 25 EURO /250 NOK will be added to your invoice when refunding the return. This includes shipping and VAT. We currently can’t offer free returns and exchanges for items on sale and a return fee of 99 NOK within Norway will be added to returned sale orders.

Self service returnValid returns
Return of a product is valid if the product is unused and in the same condition in which you received the product. Meaning all labels, price tags, etc. should be intact and attached (e.g., shoes must be returned with the original shoe box). Items with traces of make-up, stains, smell, or anything assuming that the product is used are not considered to be in original condition and cannot, therefore, be returned.
If we have made a mistake or if the fault is due to a production error, we will pay for shipping it back to us, but please note you are responsible to let us know through an email at mail@krohnsuits.com if the product is damaged upon arrival and as soon as you have noticed.
Right of withdrawal
The Act on the Right of Withdrawal allows you to change your mind about the purchase made and free you from the contract without giving any reason. In this case, the consumer can return the products and get a refund of the amount paid.
The Act requires that you notify us of your decision to do so within 14 days of taking delivery (notice period). The package must then be returned to us within 14 days. If you are exercising your right to withdraw from the purchase, the goods must be in the same condition as when you received them. We are obliged to refund the amount you have paid, excluding the shipping costs. The refund will be made within 14 working days of receiving the product from you.
Open purchase
You have a 14-day money-back guarantee from the day on which you place your order. As a customer, you have the right to cancel a purchase if your order is delayed. If you change your mind after placing the order, you should collect the pack and return it to us.
As a customer, you have the right to cancel a purchase if your order is delayed and not shipped. If Krohn Company AS is aware that the order will be delayed, we will contact you concerning a new delivery date, you can then decide if you will wait for the item(s) or cancel the order. If the order is already shipped and is delayed because of shipment, you must collect the package and return it to us.
Uncollected packages
When an order has been shipped, it will be impossible to change/cancel an order. Uncollected orders, and orders that are not delivered due to a lack of information/communication from the customer regarding delivery time or address, will be charged a fee of NOK 150/15 EURO to cover the cost of returning it and handling costs. The fee will either be deducted when handling your return or added to your invoice for unpaid invoices. Orders that are not picked up as described above, which are sent in automatic return to us, are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
Return of faulty items
If you receive faulty or damage items or want to complain about a Krohn Company AS product, you must contact us by email as soon as you notice the damaged/faulty. Please include the order number you received by email and pictures/video showing the faulty. Your right to return faulty products lasts for 2 years. The right does not cover ordinary wear or faulty caused by you.
ABUSE OF PURCHASE AND RETURN
If Krohn Company AS has reasonable suspicion that there is abuse, fraud, and excessive pathological buying behaviour on the part of the customer, we can use our right to use the clause «abuse of purchase and return». This contains high-frequency orders, order composition, return composition, excessive use of free delivery and returns during sales periods, or that the customer is a trader who trades for resale as a purpose. If we recognize any unacceptable buying behavior as described above, we use our right to suspend the relevant customers, and refuse, cancel or reject the order with reference to «abuse of purchase and return». This does not prevent customers from returning, but can in specific cases prevent customers from buying.
